Before you add Social Media Manager
- Confirm whether it only reads your calendar or can create and move events.
- It browses the web — ask it to cite the pages it used so you can check its claims.
- Scope it to one channel or server before letting it post anywhere else.
- Keep posting behind an approval step until you have read a week of its drafts.
- Open the x.ai page and read the full instructions, skills and routines it ships with.
